End the Planned Misery of Settler-Colonial State Terror
July 14, 2026, The Workers Party program demands a nonstop struggle against the "Big Lie" techniques of the bourgeoisie, specifically exposing how the ruling class uses high-sounding phrases—like fighting a "war on terrorism"—to deliberately obscure class antagonism, pacify the masses, and mask naked imperialist plunder.
For instance, the systematic assassination of Palestinian figures and the genocidal war against Gaza, the West Bank and Jerusalem are not simply matters of regional security; they are a fulcrum mechanism for the U.S.-imperialist war machine. A defeat of such a monstrosity in one crossroads is a victory across the board. The slaughters used to install and maintain "pro-U.S." regimes are almost never explained as the fight for exporting class relations of domination and subjugation, but are instead hidden behind the "dirty fight" against terrorism.
The main demands of the Palestinian people and their national liberation movement are rooted in a direct material struggle to reclaim their physical homeland from military-colonial occupation.
The Palestinian resistance and its anti-imperialist allies advance the following core demands to secure their complete national sovereignty:
Complete End to the Occupation and Military Withdrawal: The absolute prerequisite for liberation is the immediate and total withdrawal of all Israeli occupying forces from Arab lands. The movement demands the complete emancipation of their homeland and flatly rejects neo-colonial "peace" compromises—such as the Camp David accords—which offer only a fake "autonomy" while keeping Palestinian territories under the permanent police and military tutelage of Israel and U.S. imperialism.
The Right of Return: The archives recognize that the Palestinian people have been subjected to systematic displacement and forced to live in refugee camps across the Middle East. A central, non-negotiable demand is the realization of their national right to return to the historical homes, lands, and hearths that were stolen from them by the Zionist state.
An Independent State with Al-Quds as its Capital: The resistance demands the establishment of a fully independent, sovereign Palestinian state with occupied East Jerusalem (Al-Quds) as its capital. This requires a true government of the Palestinian people, completely free from foreign interference.
A Halt to Settler-Colonial Terror and Ethnic Cleansing: The movement demands an immediate end to the daily terror inflicted by extremist Israeli settlers acting with full state impunity. This includes stopping the forced displacement of Palestinians, halting the demographic alteration of occupied Al-Quds, and ending the provocative raids that violate the historical and legal status of Christian and Muslim holy sites, particularly the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound.
Historical Agrarian and Anti-Colonial Demands: The foundation of these modern demands traces back to the early anti-colonial uprisings, such as the 1936 Arab strike. Even then, the foundational demands of the Palestinian chosen leaders were to end the imperialist mandate, stop the systematic displacement of the native population, and distribute the colonized lands back to the poor peasantry (fellaheen).
The resistance targets the political and material apparatus of international Zionism—which functions as a blind tool and gendarme of U.S. imperialism—but it does not demand the annihilation of the Israeli people or fight against the Jewish faith. The ultimate goal is to shatter the system of colonial robbery and establish a truly free Palestine.
The Palestinian people currently stand in the vanguard of the Arab peoples and the global anti-colonial movement. Their heroic armed struggle serves as a monumental historical example of a small, dispossessed people—many living as refugees in desert tents without a homeland—who refuse to be broken by the massive military machinery of their enemies. Their relentless resistance has birthed a completely new and decisive factor in the Middle East, proving that oppressed nations can successfully withstand both the brute force of foreign occupiers and the deceptive diplomatic maneuvers of the superpowers.
Because the Palestinian resistance is directed against the very spearhead of U.S. monopoly capital and international Zionism, it is the common cause of the international proletariat and all progressive mankind.
Every blow struck by the Palestinian resistance destabilizes the global architecture of imperialist plunder, proving that the reality of our era is an unbroken chain of escalating unity and resistance that will ultimately shatter the foundations of the imperialist presence.
